Once you have placed an order with us you will be given an expected delivery day. Product is shipped on a 24 hour courier. Therefore any orders placed will be dispatched the following morning, and will arrive with you the day after.

Orders placed on a Thursday morning, by phone, can be delivered on the Friday. This is dependent on the time the order is placed and the type of meat required. The butcher will be able to give you a definitive answer there and then as to the stock levels in the shop at the time of your call.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

To ensure reliability and punctuality, all of our deliveries will be made by courier. All of the boxes must be signed for and therefore it is your responsibility for somebody to be at the address in order to accept delivery.

There is an option however to write in specific delivery instructions (such as explaining a safe place to leave the goods should nobody be in). WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS. If this is the case then the courier driver will be informed of the relevant information.
